WOODEN TOYSETS
The basic idea of the Zau toy construction sets is three dimensionality. You can build in the directions of all the three axels, using 90 degree angels, also 45 and 60 degree angels, you can even freely select any direction and angle you want.
Traditionally you can build with toy constuction bricks only shapes and massive constructions by using many different looking parts. With the Zau system you can create working shapes with a few element models and less amount of elements.
You can usually benefit about 40 % of the wood raw material. With the Zau system you can use almost 100 % of the raw material so that the shell, wood chips and sawdust waste can be made as sheets which can be produced as new toys.
By using this method almost all the original dioxide carbon will be bind for decades. The operating efficiency of using raw materials is unusually high and cost structure is very economic.
